Where is my order? You can track your order by Logging in your Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to signed receipt at final destination.
What is the returns and refund policy? We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 15 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Pierced earrings and fine jewelry are not returnable. Always ship your returns with a proof of postage and as registered shipments.

How do I exchange an item? You are able to exchange products online by emailing our Customer Care department and returning the products to the relevant Distribution Center.
How can I choose the currency I pay in? PRET-A-BEAUTE is designed for the USA market in US dollars. You may place your order from all around the world. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed? We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been dispatched. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Do you offer a repairs service? Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewelry. Therefore you should make sure that your jewelry is properly cleaned, repaired and stored. Always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimize these effects. Ideally, store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces apart, so that they do not rub together or tangle up. It is also recommended that you visit a jeweler once a year to have your jewelry cleaned professionally. This will keep them looking their best.
PRET-A-BEAUTE does not offer a repairs service. In case any of your jewelry is damaged you should contact the designer’s house directly. Please read our Jewelry Care section to properly care for your jewelry.
What size ring do I need? All our rings come in standard US sizes 6, 7 and 8. In the case of fine jewelry you may order any specific size you like. Kindly contact our customer service department and they will guide you with the procedure.
